×××××× 大 学 毕 业 设 计（论 文） （2010届） 题 目：基于情境和任务的E-learning企业培训课程开发 学 院： 教育科学学院 专 业： 教育技术专业 姓 名： ××× 学 号： XXXXXXXX 指导教师： ××× 摘要：自2000年以来，E-learning在企业培训中的应用越来越广泛，与此同时，与E-learning配套的网络课程的开发也显得越来越重要。当前的网络课程，或多或少都运用到教学法，但是主动地、科学地、合理地运用先进的教学法的还是少数。本文以提高学习者的学习兴趣和学习效率为目标，首先阐述E-learning及企业培训的相关概念；然后提出E-learning的困境，在此基础上提出通过合理运用教学法来提高网络课程的自学有效性的观点，并阐述了“情境教学法”和“任务驱动法”的相关含义及注意事项；最后根据基本理论对课程设计进行实例分析。力图使所设计的课程达到既是工具又是教师的效果，并希望能为其它的网络课程开发提供一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：E-learning，企业培训，课程，情境教学法，任务驱动法 Abstract:Ever since 2000, E-learning has had wider and wider application in corporation training. Meanwhile, the development of online course supporting E-learning also becomes more and more important. Methodology is more or less used in the online course now, but there is little active, scientific and appropriate application of advanced methodology. This article aims to increase the learning interest and efficiency of learners. First of all, the implication of E-learning and corporation training is explained. Then the plight of E-learning is represented, and based on these, the view that the appropriate use of methodology can increase the efficiency of self-learning through online course is put forward in this article. And then, the implication of “Situational Teaching Method” and “Task-driving Method” and matters needing attention are explained. At last, based on the fundamental theory, the author analyses the design of course with some examples. With the hope that the course can have the effect of not only an instrument but also a teacher at the same time. Maybe this course can give some reference for the other E-learning course development.
