【摘 要】目的:探讨重症医学科住院医生规范化培训教学效果,为重症医学科住院医生规范化培训教学模式的应用提供理论依据。方法:选取2013年3月-2016年2月在我院重症医学科培训的的44名住院医生作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组22名,对照组采用传统教学模式进行教学,观察组采用规范化培训教学模式进行教学,比较两组住院医生临床考核成绩情况及两组住院医生对教学方法满意度情况。结果:观察组住院医生的理论考核分值、实践操作率和沟通能力明显高于对照组,两组之间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院医生对教学方法的满意度明显高于对照组,两组之间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化培训教学模式在培训教学中效??显著,提高了医生的理论评分、实际操作评分和医患沟通能力评分,提高了满意度,临床上值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of standardized training teaching for the standardized training of residents in critical medical department,and provide the theoretical basis for the application of standardized training teaching mode for the hospital doctors in the intensive care unit. Methods: a total of 2013 March 2016 2 months in our hospital intensive medicine training 44 residents as the research object randomly divided into observation group and control group,(n = 22,the control group used the traditional teaching mode of teaching,observation group using standardized training teaching mode in teaching,compared two groups of hospital doctors clinical examination results and two groups of hospital doctors to satisfaction with teaching methods. Results: in the observation group hospital doctor theory score assessment,practice operation rate and communication ability was significantly higher than that of control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups has statistical significance (P lt; 0.05);observation group hospital doctor satisfaction of teaching method was significantly higher than that of the control group.
