精品论文 参考文献 重症医学住院医生规范化培训教学效果分析 西安交通大学第一附属医院重症医学科 陕西西安 710061 【摘 要】目的:探讨重症医学科住院医生规范化培训教学效果，为重症医学科住院医生规范化培训教学模式的应用提供理论依据。方法:选取2013年3月-2016年2月在我院重症医学科培训的的44名住院医生作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组22名，对照组采用传统教学模式进行教学，观察组采用规范化培训教学模式进行教学，比较两组住院医生临床考核成绩情况及两组住院医生对教学方法满意度情况。结果:观察组住院医生的理论考核分值、实践操作率和沟通能力明显高于对照组，两组之间差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组住院医生对教学方法的满意度明显高于对照组，两组之间差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论:规范化培训教学模式在培训教学中效??显著，提高了医生的理论评分、实际操作评分和医患沟通能力评分，提高了满意度，临床上值得推广应用。 【关键词】重症医学；住院医生；规范化培训；教学效果 Teng Yan，Gao Lan，Li Hao，Shi Qindong，Zheng Xiaopu Department of Critical Care Medicine，the First Affiliated Hospital of Xian Jiaotong University，710061，Shaanxi，China [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of standardized training teaching for the standardized training of residents in critical medical department，and provide the theoretical basis for the application of standardized training teaching mode for the hospital doctors in the intensive care unit.
