精品论文 参考文献 重度系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者应用强的松联合阿魏酸钠疗临床研究 鄢玲利 　　（南充市红十字中心血站业务科 四川 南充 637000） 　　【摘要】 目的：研究讨论阿魏酸钠用于治疗重度系膜增生性肾小球肾炎治疗效果。方法：选择笔者本医院2011年6月至2015年6月收治重度系膜增生肾小球肾炎患者140例，将其随机均分为研究组与传统组，研究组70人，在传统治疗方法基础上加用阿魏酸钠治疗，传统组70人，单使用传统方法进行治疗。记录两组患者治疗前后各指标，并作统计对比。结果：研究组治疗效果明显优于传统组，差异有统计意义（Plt;0.05），血肌酐、24h尿蛋白、血脂改变值皆优于传统组，差异有统计意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：传统方法联合阿魏酸钠用于治疗重度系膜增生性肾小球肾炎疗效更优，患者不良反应较低，可于临床广泛推行。 　　【关键词】 阿魏酸钠；肾小球肾炎；系膜增生 　　【中图分类号】R97 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）05-0080-02 　　Studying and discussing the curative effect that we use fe-rulic to cure sever mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis. 　　Yan Lingli.Nanchong Red Cross Blood Center Business Department, Nanchong, 637000 china 　　【Abstract】Selected 140 patients with sever mesangi-al proliferatuve glomerulonephritis that had been receive and cured by the writerrsquo;s hospital and then divided them egually and randomly into research group and traditional group.There were 70 patients in research group and we cured them with ferulic acid on the base of traditional methods.There were 70 patients in traditional group and we only used traditional method to cure them. We recorded the patientsrsquo; every idea from the 2 group statistically and coprarativelly before and after curing. As a result, the curative effect from reserch group was obviously better than that from traditional group. The differences were statistically significant(Plt;0.05). The changed values of serum creatinine,24h urine protein, andblood fiat in reserch group were better than those in troditional group. The differences were statistically significant(Plt;0.05).
