精品论文 参考文献 脑出血偏瘫病人康复综合护理干预分析 山东省昌邑市人民医院 261300 摘要：目的：探讨脑出血偏瘫病人康复综合护理干预的临床效果，以加快患者的康复速度。方法：选取我院于2015年2月—2016年2月接诊的脑出血偏瘫患者患者60例作为研究对象，将全部患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例；对照组患者采用常规护理干预，观察组在常规护理基础上采用综合护理干预，参照布伦斯特伦评定法对两组患者护理干预后的肌力情况进行评价，对比。结果：经精心护理后，观察组30例患者的肌力改善总有效率为90%（27例有效），明显高于对照组30例患者的肌力总有效率70%（21例有效），两组相比差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对脑出血偏瘫病人实施综合护理干预，能够有效提升患者康复治疗效果，提高患者肌力改善总有效率，值得我们在临床上大力推广。 关键词：脑出血；偏瘫患者；综合护理；肌力改善 [abstract] objective：to study the clinical effect of cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation comprehensive nursing intervention，to speed up the recovery of the patients.Selection methods：our hospital in February 2015 - February 2016 departments of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in patients with hemiplegia as the research object，all the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group，30 cases；The control group were treated by routine nursing intervention，the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing use comprehensive nursing intervention，reference to boulogne，trent rating method of two groups of patients to evaluate the strength situation after nursing intervention，contrast.Results：after careful nursing，the observation group of 30 cases of patients with muscle strength improve the total effective rate was 90% （27 cases） effectively，significantly higher than the control group of 30 patients with muscle total effective rate was 70% （21 cases） effectively，two groups compared with significant difference，statistically significant （P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：comprehensive nursing intervention for cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia，can effectively improve patient rehabilitation treatment effect，improve muscle strength in patients with total effective rate，is worth popularized in clinic.
