精品论文 参考文献 正常晚期妊娠孕妇血清碱性磷酸酶增高的分析 程桂卿 (大连辽渔医院 辽宁大连 116000) 【中图分类号】R714.25【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2013)29-0124-02 【摘要】 目的 探讨正常孕妇妊娠晚期(37周-39周)血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)增高的结果及临床意义。方法 正常晚期妊娠孕妇(37周-39周)，对照组为未孕女性(血糖、血脂、肝功能等生化指标均正常,无既往肝肾疾病、无高血压及其他内分泌系统疾病)，碱性磷酸酶检测采用酶动力学比色法。所有数据均以均数 plusmn; 标准差表示，组间比较用t 检验，采用SPSSV19.0软件进行处理，以P＜0.05具有统计学意义。结果 正常孕妇组(168.93plusmn;51.423 U/L)的血清ALP明显高于对照组(73.42plusmn;16.485 U/L)，且具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 正常孕妇妊娠晚期(37周-39周)血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)明显升高，并高于正常参考范围(35-100U/L)；检测并确定不同周期孕妇的参考区间，为规避医疗风险，尤其对优生优育起到良好的临床意义。 【关键词】孕妇 碱性磷酸酶 【Abstract】 Objective Investigate the normal pregnant women in late pregnancy (37 weeks - 39 weeks), the result of the increased serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and its clinical significance. Method Normal third trimester pregnant women (37 to 39 weeks), control group is not pregnant women (blood glucose, blood lipid, liver function and biochemical indexes is normal, without kidney disease, high blood pressure and other endocrine system diseases), alkaline phosphatase detection using enzyme kinetics colorimetric method. All data is to mean + / - standard deviation, according to comparison between groups using t test, using SPSS 19 V. 0 software for processing, with P lt; 0.05, with statistical significance.
