精品论文 参考文献 成像时间在核对PACS图像与RIS信息中的重要性 张敬涛 　　（江苏省徐州沛县人民医院 江苏 徐州 221600） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨分析成像时间在PACS系统中核对图像与RIS信息的应用状况。方法：患者接受影像检查过程中，记录其成像时间，将记录时间和PACS系统成像时间进行比较，若一致则表明匹配正确，可继续做出报告，若不一致，则寻找其错误原因后，重新匹配。结果：我院影像科室应用PACS系统大约六年时间，共检查患者52万人次左右，初期使用过程中基本每日会出现图像匹配不正确状况，对程序进行多次修改，每周仍然大约可发生2次左右匹配错误，通过比对图像成像时间，证明图像周围和图像各信息是否属于同一患者，可准确、快速避免或纠正错误。结论：PACS系统内采用成像时间可准确、快速判定患者和图像归属状况，匹配图像做到无误准确，以免出现张冠李戴的???况，降低医疗差错状况。 　　【关键词】成像时间；PACS系统；图像；RIS信息 　　【中图分类号】R445 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）22-0038-02 　　Application of imaging time to check the image and RIS information in PACS system Zhang Jingtao. 　　The Peoples Hospital of Peixian County, Jiangsu Province, Peixian 221600, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the application status analysis of imaging time to check the image and RIS information in PACS system.
