精品论文 参考文献 一次性灭菌纸巾在手术室手消毒中应用效果观察 江涛 　　(泸州医学院附属医院手术室 646000) 　　【摘要】目的：观察一次性灭菌纸巾在手术室手消毒法中的应用效果与成本，为临床选择安全可靠、便捷经济的干手方法提供科学依据。方法: 选取2013年6-9月手术室74名器械护士参与的630台次手术，随机分为观察组和对照组，均使用皮肤清洗剂按七步洗手法清洗双手及前臂至肘上10cm处的污垢，流动水冲净并擦干，进行免洗外科手消毒，两组分别采用一次性纸巾和灭菌纱布干手，并对手指进行采样监测。结果: 两组免洗外科手消毒后手指培养细菌菌落总数均达到国家卫生部2002年版《消毒技术规范》标准，使用灭菌纱布干手的支出约为1800元,使用一次性纸巾干手的支出约为750元。结论: 一次性灭菌纸巾干手法可简化操作流程，提高工作效率并能节约手消毒成本。 　　【关键词】免洗外科手消毒 一次性灭菌纸巾 灭菌纱布 　　【中图分类号】R472.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）32-0393-01 　　Effect of application of disposable sterilized tissue in hand disinfection in operation room 　　JIANG Tao 　　Operation room Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College 646000 　　【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the application effect and costs of disposable sterilized towel in the hand disinfection in operation room, and provide scientific basis for clinical selection of safe and reliable, convenient and economical hand drying method. Methods: From 2013 June to September in operation room, 630 operations performed by 74 instruments nurses were randomly divided into observation group and control group, using the skin dirt cleaning agent in seven step method to clean hands and forearms, flowing water rinse and dry. Using disposable paper towels and sterile gauze to dry hands respectively. And the fingers were sampling monitored. Results: In the two groups of disposable surgical hand disinfection, all of the samples cultured bacterial colony reached the standard of the National Ministry of Health in 2002 edition of technical standard for disinfection, using sterile gauze hand spend about 1800 yuan, the use of disposable paper towels to dry hands spend about 750 yuan.
