精品论文 参考文献 内科患者对中西医护理方法选择倾向的调查研究 ( 山东中医药大学护理学院，山东250000） 【摘 要】目的：调查不同医院内科疾病患者对中西医护理方法的选择倾向、看法及认识，分析原因并针对如何发挥中西医护理各自的优势，提出有效的应对措施。方法：自行设计调查问卷,选取济南市4所三级甲等医院（含2所中医院）内科共300余名患者参与调查，收集每个患者的基本资料，采用统计和现象学分析法进行调查研究。结果：参与调研的4所医院患者的人口学及基本病情的差异无统计学意义（pgt;0.05)；68.8%的患者倾向于选择西医护理；40岁以上中老年人倾向选择中医护理的比例高于青少年；患者文化水平越高，选择中西医结合护理的比例越高；中医院中医护理的开展高于综合性医院（plt;0.05)。结论：对中西医护理方法的选择中，中医护理的优势及作用还不能充分发挥和展现，不能与西医护理有效地结合，在临床应用及学科发展还有较大空间。 【关键词】 内科患者；中西医；护理方法；选择倾向 Chinese and Western medicine treatments for medical patients tend Investigation Methods Li Yu * Zhang Shuguang *Nursing School, Shandong university of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shandong province, 250355 China. 【Abstract 】 objective: to investigate the different hospital in-patients choice tendency of Chinese and western medicine nursing methods, opinions and understanding, analysis the reason and how to play to their advantages of Chinese and western medicine nursing, put forward effective countermeasures.
