精品论文 参考文献 个体化心理护理对子宫全切术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响 庄秋英 沈晶晶（江苏省常州市妇幼保健院十病区 江苏常州 213003） 【摘要】目的 探讨个体化心理护理对子宫全切术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的效果。方法 随机选取需行子宫全切手术的患者52例作为心理干预组（个性化心理评估、护士与患者一对一的沟通支持、病员座谈及讲课、强调家庭亲友对病人的支持作用），同期未作心理干预的52例为对照组（按护理常规），采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)在入院时、出院前1天进行测评，比较两组患者心理护理前后焦虑、抑郁情绪的变化情况。结果 两组子宫全切手术的患者入院时SAS、SDS测评分值差异无统计学意义；个体化心理护理组出院前SAS、SDS分值明显低于对照组，且个体化心理护理前后SAS、SDS测评分值差异有显著统计学意义。结论 子宫全切术患者入院时均有不同程度的焦虑抑郁情绪，个体化心理护理能明显改善患者的不良情绪，有助于术后康复。 【关键词】个体化心理护理 子宫全切术 焦虑抑郁情绪 效果评价 【中图分类号】R471【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2012）30-0106-02 【Abstract】 Objective Explore the effects of anxiety and depression individualized psychological care of patients with hysterectomy.
