精品论文 参考文献 不同应急止血方法治疗难以控制的牙龈出血的临床分析 韦玉洁 (广西都安县人民医院口腔科 530700) 【摘要】 目的 探讨不同应急止血方法治疗难以控制的牙龈出血的临床疗效。方法　共纳入52例难以控制的牙龈出血患者，平均分为两组，A组给予手工龈上龈下洁治术，并给与患者口服抗菌素治疗；B组给与患者明胶海绵压迫止血，并给与患者口服抗菌药+止血药物治疗。结果 给与手工龈上龈下洁治术及口服抗菌素的患者疗效明显优于给与压迫止血及口服抗菌药+止血药物的患者，总有效率分别为92.3%及80.8%，差异比较有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论　给与手工龈上龈下洁治术及口服抗菌素的患者疗效明显优于给与压迫止血及口服抗菌药+止血药物的患者，对于急性难治性牙龈出血的患者可以行牙周洁治术止血治疗，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】 应急止血 牙龈出血 洁治术 疗效 【中图分类号】R781.05 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）11-0126-02 Different emergency treatment method to control bleeding gums bleeding clinical analysis Wei YuJie Department of Stomatology, Dulsquo;an County Peoples Hospital of Guangxi, 530700 【Abstract】 Objective Explore different emergency treatment method to control bleeding gums bleeding in the clinical curative effect.
