精品论文 参考文献 川东北地区老年人健康需求的现状调查 川北医学院附属医院 四川南充 637000 【摘 要】目的：了解川东北地区老年人健康需求状况,为社区老年护理的开展和完善提供科学依据。方法：应用自制调查表对川东北地区413名老年人进行问卷调查。结果：66.3%老年人患有1种或多种慢性疾病；42.9%老年人日常生活活动部分或完全不能自理；8.5%老年人不满意目前生活状况。9.4%老年人心理状况差。老年人健康需求依次为定期健康检查(49.3%)、获得健康保健知识(45.8%)、体育锻炼(41.4%)、营养(30.5%)、社交活动(28.1%)、归属感(24.1%)、心理咨询或治疗(16.7%)、购买保险(14.8%)等。结论：川东北地区老年人存在不同程度的身心健康问题和多种健康需求，需提供多形式、多途径的社区医疗保健服务。 【关键词】老年人；健康需求 【中图分类号】R161.7 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）9-0983-03 Investigation on the health needs of the elderly in Northeast Sichuan Chen Jing, Yao Qian,Li Yan,Chen Yuqin, He Jie Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College, Nanchong 637000, China 【Abstract】Objective：To provide scientific basis for the development and improvement of community elderly care, the health needs of elderly people in Northeast Sichuan were studied. Methods：a questionnaire survey was conducted on 413 elderly people in Northeast Sichuan with the self-designed questionnaire method. Results：There were 1 or many chronic diseases in 66.3% elderly patients. The 42.9% aged persons was partially or completely unable to take care of themselves in the daily living activity. 8.5% elderly people were not satisfied with the current status of life. 9.4% elderly people were in poor mental status. The health needs of the elderly consist of regular health examination (49.3%), access to health care knowledge (45.8%), physical exercise (41.4%), nutrition (30.5%), social activities (28.1%), belonging sense (24.1%), counseling or treatment (16.7%), the purchase of insurance (14.8%), and so on . Conclusion：The elderly people in Northeast Sichuan have different physical and mental health problems and a variety of health needs. So a multi form and multi-channel community health care service needed to be provided.. 【Keywords】elderly people; health needs 老年人是社区的特殊人群，随着日益增长的高龄、病残、失智、失能老人和“空巢”老人。他们中有 85%以上的老人患有多种慢性病，医疗、康复、护理是他们急需解决的问题[1]。 中国于1999年进入老龄化社会。2010年第6次人口普查显示，ge;60岁人口为1.8亿人，占13.3％；ge;65岁人口为1.2亿人，占8.9％[2]。
