精品论文 参考文献 川崎病冠状动脉病变的心电图及超声表现 安晓飞1 杜莉娟2 冯艳玲1 李晓燕1 　　（1.河南省直第三人民医院心电图室） 　　（2.河南省直第三人民医院超声科 河南 郑州 450053） 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨川崎病(Kawasaki diseaes，KD)冠状动脉病变的心电图及超声表现，提高对本病特点的认识。方法：回顾性分析我院2010-2014年经临床确诊的川崎病患者30例，总结分析川崎病冠状动脉受损时心电图及超声心动图特点，重点观测左右冠状动脉病变。结果：本组患者发病初期，心电图肢体导联低电压6例、ST-T改变4例、P-R间期延长4例、室性期前收缩2例，完全性右束支传导阻滞2例,心电图正常12例；超声检查发现右冠状动脉扩张10例，左冠状动脉扩张9例，左、右冠状动脉均扩张3例，冠状动脉瘤2例，冠状动脉狭窄1例，5例冠状动脉未见异常。结论：心电图及超声心动图可对川崎病冠状动脉病变的诊断及评估预后提供可靠的影像学检查依据。 　　【关键词】川崎病；冠状动脉；心电图及超声； 　　【中图分类号】R445 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）8-0595-02 　　Kawasaki disease of coronary artery pathological changes of electrocardiogram (Ecg) and sonographic findings 　　An xiaofei1 ，Du lijuan 2 ，Feng yanling3 ，Li xiaoyan 4 　　(The third peoples hospital of Henan, the electrocardiogram 1 and 4) 　　（The third peoples hospital of Henan; ultrasonic division 2, henan zhengzhou, 450053) 　　【Abstract】Objective：To explore the Kawasaki disease (KD) sonographic findings of electrocardiogram (Ecg) and coronary artery lesions, improve the understanding of the disease characteristics. Methods：Retrospective analysis the clinical diagnosis of kawasaki disease in 2010-2014 30 cases, summary analysis of the coronary artery damage in kawasaki disease electrocardiogram and echocardiographic characteristics of key observation about coronary artery lesions. Results：This group of patients with early onset, 6 cases of ecg limb lead low voltage, ST -t change in 4 cases, P - R duration between 4 cases, 2 cases contracts before sexual period, completeness right bundle branch block in 2 cases, normal ecg findings in 7 cases; Ultrasonic examination revealed right coronary artery expansion in 10 cases, 9 cases of left coronary artery expansion, left, right coronary artery expansion (3 cases), coronary artery aneurysms in 2 cases, coronary stenosis, 1 case. Conclusion：Electrocardiogram and echocardiographic diagnosis of kawasaki disease of coronary artery lesions may be provide reliable imaging examination and assessment of prognosis. 　　【key w
