精品论文 参考文献 川崎病患儿血浆促酰化蛋白及脂联素水平的变化及其临床意义 1，苏州市立医院本部儿科 江苏苏州 215002；2，郑州大学第一附属医院儿内科 河南郑州 450052 【摘 要】目的 观察川崎病（KD）患儿急性期血浆促酰化蛋白（ASP）、脂联素（ADNP）及急相反应蛋白（CRP）水平的变化，探索KD早期诊断的敏感指标及依据。方法 将研究对象分为三组，即KD急性期组，呼吸道感染急性发热组和正常健康对照组，每组15例。ELISA方法检测血浆ASP、血浆ADNP浓度，比浊法检测CRP浓度。结果 1.KD急性期血浆ASP水平明显高于感染急性发热组和正常健康对照组（Plt;0.001）。2.KD急性期血浆ADNP水平明显低于感染急性发热组和正常健康对照组（Plt;0.001）。3.KD患儿恢复期血浆中ASP、CRP水平较急性期明显下降（Plt;0.001），而ADNP较急性期明显升高（Plt;0.001）。结论 血浆中促酰化蛋白的升高及脂联素水平的降低出现在川崎病血管炎及急性期，血浆中ASP及ADNP水平的检测可能作为KD早期诊断及敏感指标及依据。 【关键词】川崎病；脂联素；促酰化蛋白；急相反应蛋白 Changes of plasma levels of acylation stimulating protein and adiponectin in children with Kawasaki disease and their clinical significances Abstract：Objective To observe the changes of plasma levels of acylation stimulating protein（ASP）、adiponectin（ADNP）and C-resetive protein（CRP）in children with Kawasaki disease，then investigate a sensitive index for early diagnosis after KD. Methods The plasma levels of ASP、ADNP and CRP were measured in 15 patients with KD，15 patients of acute respiratory infections with high fever，and 15 healthy children. ELISA technique was administered to determine the plasma ASP and ADPN concentrations. Plasma level of CRP were detected by nephelometric methods. Results 1.Plasma ASP levels were found increasing significantly in patients with acute KD compared with infected group and health controls（Plt;0.001）. 2.Plasma ADNP levels in patients with acute KD were significantly lower than infected group and health controls（Plt;0.001）. 3.Plasma ASP and CRP levels were found decreasing significantly in patients with convalescent KD compared with those with acute KD（Plt;0.001），while plasma ADNP levels were found increasing significantly（Plt;0.001）. Conclusion Plasma ASP levels increase，while plasma ADNP levels decrease during the acute phase of KD vasculitis.The plasma ASP and ADNP levels may be used as a sensitive index to predict the KD injuries.
