精品论文 参考文献 2015年贵州省20个国家死因监测点死因顺位分析 贵州省疾病预防控制中心，贵州 贵阳 550004 　　摘要：目的 了解贵州省20个国家死因监测点居民的死亡水平，主要死亡原因，为制定相关卫生政策、评价医疗卫生工作质量和效果提供科学依据。方法 收集2015年贵州省20个国家死因监测点的死因监测资料，分析居民的主要死亡原因及其死亡水平。结果 死因监测点居民粗死亡率570.32/10万，男性粗死亡率678.86/10万；女性粗死亡率462.87/10万。前五位死亡原因依次是循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒、消化系统疾病。结论 慢性非传染性疾病是当前危害全省死因监测点居民健康的主要疾病，应加强疾病的宣传教育，建立良好的生活方式，防治结合，提高居民的健康水平。 　　关键词：死因监测； 粗死亡率； 死因顺位 　　Analysis on the Death Cause Order of 20 countries monitoring in Guizhou from 2015 　　Xu Guogong, LingHu Yuanyuan, Li Ling,Liu Dan, Guo Shengqiong Zhou Jie, Yu lisha,Liu Tao. 　　Guizhou Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention , Guiyang 550004,China 　　Abstract: Objective to understand the level of death cause about the residents of 20 countries monitoring in Guizhou, the main cause of death, provide a scientific basis for the develop of relevant health policy and evaluate the quality of medical and health work and the results. Methods :To collect the data of the death cause of 20 countries monitoring about 2015 In Guizhou, analysis the main causes of death and the residents of death. Results: The crude mortality was per 570.32/10 residents of the death spot, the male crude mortality of 678.86/10 and the women was per 462.87/10.The top five causes of death was followed by circulatory system disease, tumor, respiratory disease, injury and poisoning and digestive system diseases.Conclusion: The chronic non-communicable diseases are the main diseases which endangering health of the entire province residents of death monitoring, we should raise the level of the health by strengthen the propaganda and education of disease, establish a good way of life and pay attention to combining prevention and cure. 　　Key words: Mortality Surveillance; Mortality; The Cause of the Sequence 　　死因监测可以反映当地居民的健康状况，而且能够反映一个地区经济、医疗和社会协调发展的水平，是疾病监测工作的一项重要内容，也是世界卫生相关报告中的重要内容之一[1]。同时也是因地制宜制定卫生政策、评价医疗卫生工作质量和效果不可缺少的重要科学依据。为了解2015年贵州省20个国家死因监测点居民的死亡水平和主要死亡原因，本文对2015年贵州省20个国家死因监测点的死亡资料进行了统计分析。 　　1 对象与方法 　　1.1 调查对象 死亡资料来源
