Institute of social science, Huaqiao University, Fujian 362011, Quanzhou, China Cao Huanrong Institute of social science, Huaqiao University, Fujian 362011, Quanzhou, China Abstract: in the course of development, time concept has undergone three stages: Ancient concrete time perception, modern abstract time concept and modern diversified time concept. In these three stages, the concept of time has gone through the concrete to the abstract, then to the concrete, and combined with the movement to the separation and re integration of the dialectical development process. This paper applies Piagets theory of epistemology to the above two aspects of science and philosophy. [Abstract] The development English of the sense of time had gone through three stages:the concrete perception of time in ancient times the abstract conception of time; in modern times; and diversified sense of times.In these three stages, the sense of time had gone through the course from concrete to abstract and then to concrete again.It is just as the dialectical development of motion, namely the, course from combination to separation and then to combination again.This viewpoint is discussed here on the levels of science and philosophy by applying Piagets principle of genetic epistemology.
