儿童型营养补充剂对学龄儿童生长发育及营养状况影响【摘要】 目的 了解儿童型营养补充剂对儿童生长发育和营养状况的影响，为儿童生长发育的干预研究提供依据。方法 选取湖北浠水县300名健康学龄儿童补充儿童型营养补充剂，选取500名同质儿童为对照组，通过问卷调查、体格测量等方法，对实验前后(干预1 a)的实验组和对照组进行比较。结果 营养补充剂干预1 a后，实验组与对照组儿童的平均身高、体重均有明显增长；但实验组男女儿童的身高增长比对照组明显。实验组各年龄段儿童的血红蛋白含量明显高于对照组。儿童型营养补充剂干预后儿童贫血患病情况有所改善，经过1 a的干预，实验组总的贫血患病率从26.2%下降到5.6%。结论 儿童型营养补充剂在促进学龄儿童生长发育和营养状况方面具有一定的作用。 【关键词】 营养保健品；生长和发育；营养状况；儿童 【中图分类号】 R 179 R 153.2 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000－9817(2007)06－0487－02 The Influence of Childtype Nutrition Complement on Growth and Nutrition Status of the Schoolaged Children/ZHAI Fengying, YI Guoqin, ZHAO Liyun, et al.Institute of Nutrition and Food Safety, Chinese Center for Disease Prevention and Control, Beijing(100050),China 【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of childtype nutrition complement on growth and development and nutrition status of the schoolaged children, and to provide evidence for the prevention and intervention on children’s growth and development. MethodsA test group of 300 healthy schooling children in Xishui county were given childtype nutritious complement for one year and another 500 children without the nutritious supplement were taken as control. The differences between the test group and control group were compared and analyzed before and after the experiment(oneyearintervention) by using questionnaire and physical measurement. ResultsAfter a oneyearintervention of giving nutritious supplement, the average height and weight of each group increased. The height rising of the test group was more than the control group. The content of the hemoglobin of the different age students of the test group was significantly higher than the control group. After using the childtype nutrition complement , the anemia status of test group obviously improved.The anemia prevalence of the test group students reduced from 26.2% to 5.6% after one year. Conclusion The childtype nutrition complement has obvious function to growth and nutrition status of the schoolage children. 【Key words
