· 25O· Youjiang Medical Journal 2008，Vo1．36 No．3 抑癌p53基因在星形细胞瘤中阳性表达的意义 薛建荣 ，秦坤明 ，陈家康 ，陆建吾 ，文超勇 (1．广西医科大学第四附属医院神经外科，广西柳州 545005； 2．广西医科大学第一附属医院神经外科，广西南宁530021) 【摘要】 目的 研究p53在星形细胞瘤发生、增殖过程中的作用及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学法(S-P法)检测62例 资料完整的星形细胞瘤及 lO例正常脑组织的p53表达，分析p53蛋白在星形细胞瘤及正常脑组织中的表达情况。结果 正常脑组 织中未见p53蛋白阳性表达，62例星形细胞瘤中共有26例肿瘤p53蛋白表达呈阳性，二者差异有显著性(Y 一4．872，P d0．05)， 其中在I级星形细胞瘤中阳性率为8．33 (1／12)，Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤中阳性率为21．05 (4／19)，llI级间变性星形细胞瘤中阳性率为 6O (9／15)，Ⅳ级胶质母细胞瘤中阳性率为75 (12／16)。结论 星形细胞瘤中p53蛋白的表达与肿瘤的级别相关，分化程度越 低，p53蛋白阳性表达率越高，检测p53有助于临床判断预后。 【关键词】 星形细胞瘤；抑癌p53基因；免疫组织化学 文章编号：1003—1383(2008)03—0250—03 中图分类号：R 361 文献标识码：A The significance of anti—oncogene p5 3 positive expression in astrocytoma XUE Jianrong ，QIN Kunming ，CHEN Jiakang ，LUJiangwu ，WEN Chaoyong (1．Department of Neurosurgery，the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University，Liuzhou，545005；2．Department of Neurosurgery， the First AffiliatedHospital of Guangxi Medical University，Nanning，530021) [Abstract] 0bjective To investigate the role of p53 during the proccess of the astrocytoma occurrence and cell proliferation，SO as the clinical significance．Methods The positive expression of p53 protein were detected in the spec— imens of 62 cases of astrocytoma by S-P immunological technique，aside with 10 cases of normal brain tissue．Then the expression of p53 protein in these tissues were analysed．Results There were 26 cases positive expression of p53 pro— tein in 62 astrocytoma specimens and no positive expression of p53 protein in the normal brain tissue．It showed a sig— nificant diversity between the two groups(X 一4．872，P0．05)．The positive percentage was 8．33 (1／12)in grade I astrocytomas，21．05 (4／19)in grad
