类风湿关节炎患者泪液动力学及免疫因子联系【摘要】 目的 研究类风湿关节炎患者的泪液动力学与一些免疫因子的相关性。方法 对10例住院诊断为类风湿关节炎的患者进行研究。对患者进行基础泪液分泌试验(Schirmer Ⅰ test)及泪膜破裂时间(BUT)检查。收集患者红细胞沉降率(ESR),免疫球蛋白M(IgM),风湿因子(RF),抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(anti-CCP antibody)检查结果。前两项作为类风湿关节炎的活动指标,后两项作为诊断指标。通过Pearson相关分析检验对泪液动力学指标与免疫因子之间的相关性。结果 患者的平均SchirmerⅠ试验是右眼(8.8±7.6)mm,左眼(5.8±3.4)mm,平均BUT为右眼(4.3±3.2)s,左眼(4.6± 3.5)s。双眼的SchirmerⅠ试验及BUT差异无统计学意义。患者的右眼基础泪液分泌或BUT与ESR、IgM、RF及anti-CCP抗体均没有统计学相关关系。结论对于类风湿关节炎患者,无论其活动性如何,均应该关注患者的干眼情况。 【关键词】泪液动力学;类风湿关节炎 Correlation between tear dynamics and immunological factors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis GUO Hui,LAN Yu-qing,HU Yu-xin,et al.Department of Ophthalmology,Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,Guangzhou 510120,China 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the correlation between tear dynamics and some immunological factors in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients.Methods In 10 RA patients,the tear dynamics were assessed by the Schirmer Ⅰ test and tear break-up time(BUT).Edimentation rate(ESR),immunoglobulin M(IgM),rheumatoid factors(RF)and Anti-citrullinated protein antibody(Anti-ccp antibody)were collected.The first two were correlated with the RA activity and the last two were correlated with the diagnoses of RA.Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between the two indexes of the right eye and the four immunological factors respectively.Results The mean SchirmerⅠtest was (8.8±7.6)mm in the right eyes and(5.8±3.4)mmin the left eyes.The mean BUT was (4.3±3.2)seconds in the right eyes and(4.6± 3.5)seconds in the left eyes.No difference was observed in SchirmerⅠtest as well as BUTbetween the right eyes and the left eyes.No correlations were found between SchirmerⅠtest of the right eyes and ESR,IgM,RF nor Anti-ccp antibody.Also,no correlations were found between BUT of the right eyes and ESR,IgM,RF nor Anti-ccp antibody.Conclusion Abnormality of tear dynamics is common in RA patients and should be taken into consideration regardless of the RA activity and the imm
