What Hart really clami s is the eak separation thesis, hich means that there is necessary separation bet een la and value in externalaspect of legality standard of la . The eak separation thesis needs the support of social fact thesis. Thus, it is not qualified to be basic thesis of legal positivism. A s far as internalaspect of legality standard of la is concerned, there is necessary connection bet een la andmorality. Internalnecessary connection thesis reasonably explains legalnormativity.
