摘要:随着我国高等教育的大众化,高校学生工作日益繁重,尤其在学风建设中,一线思想教育工作者常常苦于找
不到突破口.面对当前困境,学习互助小组制度无疑是应对艰巨工作任务的一种创新举措.本文在详细论述学习互
助小组制度内涵及日常制度建设的基础上,探讨了笔者在基层工作中获得的实践经验及学习互助小组制度广阔的
发展前景,以期为各高校建立学习互助小组的长效机制提供经验参考.

study,the line is often thought educators could not find a breakthrough.Faced with the current difficulties,learning
support group systemisundoubtedly adifficulttaskto dealwith an innovativeinitiative.Thispaper discussesin de-
tail the basis of learning systems connotation and daily support groups on institution building,the author discusses
the practical experience gained in the grass-rootswork and learning support group system broad prospectsfor de-
velopment,in order to establish support groups for studying long -term mechanism universities provide experience
for reference.
