In the last chapter, the employees at United Global Bank seemed always to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. In a global economy, banks must compete locally and globally. The United Global Bank has a new service—an online banking service. Here at the bank headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, Tony Martino is a busy man. He’s preparing a marketing presentation for many other bankers. Will his presentation be interesting and helpful? Tony hopes so. But the information is very technical, so he isn’t sure.
