With LabVIEW,w e can easily build the measure and control system of precision instrument and design t he instruments int erface in personal computer. aking the advantage of LabVIEW in the measure of precision in struments,the method to program control the precision instrument is researched with the example of Agilent high- precision digit al multimeter HP34401A. A pract ical example of temperature stabilitys t est in infrared sensor is given. he t est shows that the program controlled system can simplify operation steps, avoid misoperation and ensure the measure precision.
