毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波裕人企业核心竞争力构建要素分析及启示 摘 要 改革开放30多年来，民营经济以其独有的活力，取得了长足的进步和发展，成为我国国民经济中的一支重要力量，为拉动中国经济快速增长作出了重要的贡献。但是在日益激烈的竞争环境之下，民营企业的发展面临着越来越多的困难，难以做大做强，做的持久。解决这一问题的关键，在于不断培育企业持久的核心竞争力。核心竞争力决定着企业的竞争能力和盈利能力, 是企业宝贵的战略资源。因此，如何从企业自身的特点出发，构建能给企业带来独有的、不能复制的、持续的竞争优势的核心竞争力，就应成为民营企业重点考虑的问题。 本文在核心竞争力理论的基础上，对核心竞争力概念进行了剖析，分析了核心竞争力的特征，并对核心竞争力的构成要素进行了概括。并在此基础上，选取全球电脑横机行业前三强之一的宁波裕人企业为研究对象，通过案例研究方法，对其核心竞争力的构成要素及构建途径进行了归纳和总结，对民营企业培育核心竞争力提供一些有意义性的建议，希望对其他民营企业的发展有一定的参考价值。 关键词： Abstract Reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the private economy with its unique vitality, has made considerable progress and development, promote economic growth and become Chinas national economy of an important force. But in the increasingly competition environment, private enterprises are facing increasing difficulties and difficult to become bigger and stronger. The key to solve this problem, is continually cultivate enterprise lasting core competitiveness. Core competitiveness depends on the enterprise the competitive ability and profitability, is the enterprise precious resource of strategy. Therefore, how to from the enterprise itself characteristics, constructing can give enterprise to bring unique, cant replicate, sustainable competitive advantage of core competitiveness, must become private enterprise key consideration. This article based on the theory of the core competence, analyzes the concept, and analyzes the features of the core competence, the elements of the core competitiveness are summarized. And on this basis, one of the big three of global computer knitting machine industry -Ningbo Yuren Group is selected as the research object, Through the case study method of the elements of their core competitive ability and construct way, and summarizes the empirical analysis of private enterprises cultivate core competence to provide some meaningful suggestion.
