社区网格化治理的问题及对策研究——以商丘市前程社区为例.docVIP

摘 要 本文在社区网格化治理不断运用的背景下，重点研究商丘市梁园区前程社区网格化治理情况，在文献研究的基础上，对社区居民和干部进行问卷调查和访谈，具体分析该社区网格化治理存在的网格员的专业水平低、社区居民参与意识不强、信息化平台建设不完善、社区公共服务供需不匹配、网格化治理考核机制不合理等问题，形成这些问题的主要原因是对网格员的专业培训不重视、社区居民参与途径有限、信息化平台建设资金投入不足、社区民意征集渠道不畅通、考核机制建立不科学。在此基础上，提出解决社区网格化治理问题的对策：提升网格员的专业水平、提高社区居民参与的积极性、加强信息化平台建设、优化社区资源配置、完善网格化治理考核机制，为提高社区网格化治理水平、完善社区网格化治理提供参考。 关键词：社区 网格化 社会治理 Abstract Under the background of the continuous application of community grid governance, this paper focuses on the grid governance of Qiancheng Community in Liangyuan District, Shangqiu City. Based on literature research, questionnaire survey and interview are conducted among community residents and cadres. Specific analysis of the grid governance of the community exists in the low professional level of grid members, community residents awareness of participation is not strong, information platform construction is not perfect, community public service supply and demand mismatch, grid governance assessment mechanism is not reasonable, etc. The main reasons for these problems are not paying attention to the professional training of grid members, the limited ways for community residents to participate, the insufficient investment in the construction of information platform, the unimpeded channels for community public opinion collection, and the unscientific establishment of assessment mechanism. Based on this, puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of community grids management: to improve the professional knowledge and skills of the grid member, raise the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in, to strengthen the construction of information platform, the optimize allocation of community resources, perfect the grid governance evaluation mechanism, to improve the community grids management level, improve the community grids management to provide the reference.
