沈阳师范大学学士学位论文 网络直播政府监管问题与对策研究 PAGE III 摘 要 21世纪以来，依托于计算机制造业和卫星技术的飞速发展，我国互联网信息技术也开始随之迅速更迭、日新月异。许多新兴互联网产业也紧跟网络发展的步伐逐渐兴起，其中网络直播行业异军突起，吸引了大批人进驻，在中间扮演不同“角色”促进了直播行业的蓬勃发展。但一个行业的兴起必然带有利与弊的角逐，网络直播同样无法摆脱这条定律。在其发展的道路上暴露出了很多问题，产生了一系列负面影响，这就对网络直播政府的监管提出了新的挑战。 本文第一部分介绍文章的研究背景、国内外研究现状并提出本文的研究思路。第二部分介绍网络直播和政府监管的相关概念及相关理论基础。第三部分阐述网络直播的现状及它所产生的正面影响和负面影响。第四部分主要分析出现阶段我国网络直播政府监管存在的问题及原因。最后一部分针对第四部分的问题及原因提出相应的对策，以此来解决网络直播政府监管出现的问题 。 关键词：网络直播；政府监管；网络主播 Abstract Since the 21st century, relying on the rapid development of computer manufacturing and satellite technology, Chinas Internet information technology also began to change rapidly. Many emerging Internet industries have also gradually emerged following the pace of network development. Among them, the live broadcast industry has sprung up, attracting a large number of people to enter, and playing different roles in the middle has promoted the vigorous development of the live broadcast industry. But the rise of an industry is bound to have the competition of advantages and disadvantages, and webcast can not get rid of this law. In its development, many problems have been exposed and a series of negative effects have been produced, which poses new challenges to the governments supervision of webcast. The first part of this article introduces the research background of the article, the research status at home and abroad, and proposes the research ideas of this article. The second part introduces related concepts and related theoretical foundations of webcasting and government supervision. The third part describes the current situation of webcasting and its positive and negative effects. The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems and reasons that exist in the government supervision of webcasting in our country at the emergence stage. The last part proposes corresponding countermeasures for the problems and reasons in the fourth part, in order to solve the problem of government supervision of webcasting.
