文旅农融合视角下乡村民宿设计研究——以南湖温泉度假村为例.docxVIP

摘要 近几年，在国家发出文化与旅游融合发展的政策下，人们对乡村旅游倍加青睐，因此带动了大批的乡村民宿行业的发展。现今民宿不仅仅可以提供游客们的住宿问题，更多的是游客们出门旅行可释放压力、体验当地民俗文化的空间。本项目结合乡村文旅农融合的背景，对乡村闲置的民房进行改造设计成当地特色民宿，在民房再循环利用的基础下，充分合理规划设计民宿空间，将地域性文化想结合，营造更有人情味的居住空间。并且开创体验式、沉浸式的民宿空间设计，让游客们可在旅游过程中享受更好的体验感。南湖村环境优美，本项目始终坚持以人为本，保护环境的原则，优化游客的住宿环境，提高游客对乡村旅游体验感；并且带动南湖村相关的旅游产业，弘扬当地历史文化，提高乡村的经济效益。 关键词：文旅农；民宿设计；体验式空间设计；沉浸式空间设计 Abstract In recent years, under the policy of the integration of culture and tourism issued by the state, people have paid more attention to rural tourism, which has led to the development of a large number of rural lodging industries. Nowadays, BB can not only provide accommodation for tourists, but also provide a space for tourists to release stress and experience local folk culture when traveling. Based on the background of the integration of rural culture, tourism and agriculture, this project transforms the idle rural houses into local characteristic homestays. On the basis of the recycling of houses, the space of homestays is fully and reasonably planned and designed, and the regional cultural ideas are combined to create a more humane living space. And create an experiential and immersive hotel space design, so that visitors can enjoy a better sense of experience during the tour. Nanhu Village has a beautiful environment. This project always adheres to the principle of people-oriented and environmental protection, optimizes the accommodation environment of tourists, and improves tourists experience of rural tourism. And drive the tourism industry related to Nanhu Village, carry forward the local history and culture, and improve the rural economic benefits.
