摘 要 随着新商科时代的到来,应用型、复合型商科人才的需求量逐渐增加。作为新商科 人才的储备力量,商科类专业大学生的学习投入日益引发学者们高度重视,提高商科类 学生对学业活动的投入度成为培养新商科人才的关键路径。因此,本研究从专业认同和 学业延迟满足的角度探索商科类大学生学习投入度的影响机制。本文选取珠海市 B 大学 商学院各商科专业大学生为调查对象,通过对 335 份有效样本的统计分析,结果发现: (1)从总体和差异情况来看,商科类大学生的整体专业认同感、延迟满足能力和对学 习活动的投入度呈现出中等的水平;三个主要变量在性别、年级、专业志愿选择、学业 成绩等人口学变量上有一定的差异;(2 )专业认同及各维度能够显著地对学习投入产生 正向作用;专业认同及各维度能够显著地对学业延迟满足产生正向作用;学业延迟满足 能够显著地对学习投入产生正向作用;学业延迟满足在专业认同和学习投入之间起着部 分的中介作用。 关键词:商科类专业;大学生;专业认同;学业延迟满足;学习投入 II Abstract With the advent of the new business era, the demand for applied and compound business talents is increasing. As the reserve force of new business talents, the study engagement of college students majoring in business have been attached to great importance by more and more scholars. It has become a key route to train the quality of new business talents by strengthening commitment to professional learning of business students. Therefore, this thesi probes the effect mechanism of business students learning engagement from the perspective of professional identity and academic delayed gratification. In this paper, college students majoring in business in the Business School of B University in Zhuhai were selected as the respondents, by statistical analysis of 335 effective samples, the results showed that :(1) From the overall and differential situation, business students overall professional identity, ability of academic delay gratification and learning engagement are at an average level, moreover, there are certain differences in demographic variables such as gender, grade, professional choice and academic performance; (2) professional identity and various dimensions have a significant positive effect on learning engagement; professional identity and various factors have a major positive effect on academic delayed gratification;
