摘 要 我国商业银行在内求外需的推动下，核心业务正在发生转移，利润的来源从传统的 存贷款业务逐渐转向个人理财业务。个人理财业务是以生命周期、资产组合、市场细分 等理论为基础。银行会结合客户自身资产情况，为其提供个性化服务。本文首先对我国 商业银行个人理财业务发展历程、发展现状进行总结，指出我国商业银行个人理财业务 发展中出现的问题。其次对外国商业银行个人理财业务发展历程进行梳理，介绍美国 SigFig、Motif Investing、WealthFront 等公司为客户提供理财服务的案例，提炼出美 国个人理财业务以客户需求为中心、理财产品种类多、注重树立品牌、擅长运用智能理 财技术等特点。最后通过对国内外银行个人理财业务介绍，总结出我国个人理财业务中 理财服务人员素质、居民理财知识普及度、对科技的应用、树立企业品牌等存在不足， 针对这些不足之处提出相应的建议。 关键词：个人理财业务，国内外，现状，对策 Abstract Chinas commercial banks Driven by internal demand and external demand, the core business is shifting from traditional deposit and loan business to personal financial business.
