The development of construction industry not only reflects the construction state of a region, but also reflects the economic development strength of a country. In the process of the construction industrys continuous renewal, the construction project has become an indispensable important project in the current social life. With the development of construction engineering, the construction claim has become an important part of the negotiation in the construction engineering, and there are many problems in the investigation of the construction contract. In this paper, the author through Literature Research and comprehensive analysis, through five aspects, the construction claims of the National Construction Status Analysis and research, and based on the results of the evaluation of the relevant recommendations for improvement..
