PAGE 摘 摘 要：信息技术企业在目前的社会经济发展中被广泛应用，是一种新兴的网络发展中结构。它之所以能够迅速发展，源于其自身不断更新不断变化的模式，时刻跟紧社会及用户的步伐，但无论是任何形式的企业，都需要明确其自身所创造的价值，才能拥有更直观的创新能力以至于被大众所接受。目前，信息技术作为新型的企业，它的企业资产评估案例较少，研究方法也比较单一。鉴于我国在信息技术企业企业价值评估上经验不足，本文力图：以东方财富为研究对象，以价值评估理论为基础，通过构建EVA评估模型，分析EVA 评估模型对信息技术企业的价值评估是否具有可行性，分析出此种模型的优势与不足之处，希望能够构建更为科学的价值评估模型，并提出了自己的建议。 关键词：企业价值评估；信息技术企业；经济增加值 基于EVA模型的信息技术企业价值评估分析——以东方财富为例 An Evaluation Of Information Technology Enterprise Value Based On Eva Model —— Taking Oriental Wealth as an ExampleAbstract An Evaluation Of Information Technology Enterprise Value Based On Eva Model —— Taking Oriental Wealth as an Example Abstract:Information Technology enterprises are a new type of economic organization relying on network. They have high innovation ability and brand-new profit pattern, and have extremely fast growth speed and great development potential. But whatever it is that wants lasting growth and investorsmoney, it needs to know what it is worth. At present, most of the theoretical research on enterprise value assessment by Chinese scholars focuses on traditional enterprises, and little research has been done on information technology industry, the traditional evaluation methods, such as cash flow method, are also used in the research of information technology enterprise value evaluation. Considering the imperfection of Chinas capital market, the particularity of Information Technology Enterprises and the superiority of Eva, this paper tries to explore the application of Eva in the evaluation of information technology enterprises by the method of case analysis, this paper examines the feasibility of Eva in the evaluation of information technology enterprises in China, and then, according to the evaluation process and results, makes in-depth thinking and puts forward corresponding suggestions and Solutions.
