Methods The 121 cases were assigned to the aspirin group and the Rosuvastatin group. Both group took aspirin for four weeks，but to patients in the Rosuvastatin group，they were given rosuvastatin for three weeks. Then the blood levels of P-selectin，TXB2 and PAG induced by AA and ADP were detected twice after both groups were medicated for one week and four weeks. Results The fit determination showed the concentration of p-selectin and TXB2 were positively correlated with PAG，either induced byAA or by ADP. Positive correlation also showed between plasma level of P-selectin and TXB2. There was no significant difference of three indexes between two groups（P＞）. Reexamination showed that levels of the 3 indexes significantly decreased in both groups（P＜），and all were lower in the Rosuvastatingroup than in the aspirin group respectively（P＜）.There was no difference inthe incidence of advee reaction between two groups（P＞）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin could enhance antiplatelet effect of aspirin for patients with primary hyperteion without increase of advee reaction.
