Technology and creative products are getting replaced by the new ones all the time, and the service without cost consideration cant support enterprises growth. Only those who can manage good cost control can make good profit in the furious competitioiL As its well known, inventory is the big part of the enterprises cost, thus its the common goal for many enterprises to reduce inventory, increase inventory turnover ratio, reduce circulating fund, turn assets directly into profits’ make higher profit rate. This paper takes enterprises R, a company for electronic products manufacturing, as case study, discusses the possible ways to improve inventory turnover ratio, analyses the reasons that cause low inventory turnover ratio for enterprises R, under the condition of 95% on time delivery rate, puts forwards some related strategies to improve inventory turnover ratio. In chapter 1, it gives the concepts of inventory, key performance index of inventory management and the importance to increase inventory turnover ratio. In chapter 2，it analyses the ways to increase inventory turnover ratio theoretically.
