第33 卷第3 期 河 北农 业 大 学 学报 Vol.33 No.3 20 1 0 年5 月 J OURNA L OF AGRICULT URAL UNIVERSIT Y OF H EBEI 　 　 May .20 10 :1000-1573(2010)03-0037-05 抗霜冻仁用杏优株花器官抗寒性的比较研究 宁　超, 　孟庆瑞, 　李淑贤, 　李彦慧, 　杨建民 ① (河北农业大学 园 与旅游学院, 河北 保定 071001) :试验以田间调查发现的仁用杏优株8 年生盛花期花枝为试材, 利用人工霜箱明确花器官过冷却点并进行 低温处理后, 分别以其花瓣, 雄蕊, 雌蕊为试材, 通过测定电解质外渗率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白含量对其抗寒能力进行排序, 为新品种选育提供理论依据。结果表明:优异种质抗寒 性强弱顺序为“优株Ⅰ号”“优株Ⅱ号”“优一”“龙王帽”。花器官抗寒能力顺序为花瓣雄蕊雌蕊。 　　:仁用杏优异种质;花器官;抗寒性;过冷却点 :S 2.2 :A Comparative study of cold resistance in Kernel-apricot germplasm floral organs NING Chao, MENG Qing-rui, LI Shu-xian, LI Yan-hui, YANG Jian-min (College of Landscape Architecture and Tourism, Agricultural University of H ebei, Baoding 071001, China) Abstract:The flower shoots of 8-year-old excellent apricot trees found during the investigation in field w ere used.After low temperature treatment using the artificial cream boxes, the super- cooling point of floral organs w as determined.To compare their cold resistance capacity, the petal, stamen and pistil w ere used to measure the electrolyte leakage, superoxide dismutase ac- tivity, malondialdehyde content and soluble protein content.The results show ed that the order of cold resistance in excellent apricot germplasm w as Germplasm IGermplasm II YouyiLongw angmao.The cold resistance capacity in floral organs w as petalstamen pistil. Key words:Kernel-apricot germplasm;floral organ;cold hardiness;supercooling point 　　仁用杏(Kernel-apricot)原产于我国, 具有悠久 会、生态效益。在仁用杏实际生产中, 由于春季开花 的栽培历史, 是我国重要的经济 栽培树种之一。 较早,极容易遭受晚霜危害, 一旦在花期遇到晚霜, 种仁含有丰富的营养物质,有较高的经济价值,为我 轻者减产,重者造成
