PAGE PAGE 31 摘要 中国目前已经发展成为全球最大的鞋类产品生产基地,在世界鞋业不断融合的情况下，茂名市吴川市皮鞋产业的发展既面临机遇也面临挑战。如何认清目前的形势，并采取恰当的手段促进成都鞋业取得更大的发展，是茂名鞋业企业和有关部门共同关心和面对的重要课题。 本文参照中国鞋业发展宏观经济形势的预测、相关行业的前景分析，首先依据管理学上的企业战略管理理论，从分析嘉进的内外部环境入手，运用行业竞争结构模型等方法，对企业发展战略进行研究探讨，对企业的外部宏观环境、竞争环境以及公司的经营管理模式、组织结构以及人力资源、财务状况、生产经营能力等基本情况通过理论演绎和数理统计相结合的思路、方法进行了各类分析，指出了企业在现实发展中存在的一些问题。针对嘉进鞋业面临的主要问题，提出提升嘉进鞋业竞争力的战略规划，并对嘉进鞋业企业发展问题，提出一些新的思路和具有可操作性的建议。 关键字:发展战略,竞争,分析，嘉进企业 abstract China currently has developed into the worlds largest footwear production base, shoes in the world constantly fusion, maoming Wu Chuanshi shoes industry faces both challenges and opportunity.
