DNA结合抑制因子1在非小细胞肺癌发生、发展中的作用分析 】目的：分析DNA结合抑制因子l(Idl) 在非小细胞肺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法：选取2013 年10月-2015年9月本院收治的非小细胞肺癌的患者 41例为非小细胞肺癌组，选择同期在本院就诊的肺部 良性病变的患者40例为良性病变组，再选择同期在本 院进行健康体检的受检者42例为健康组。三组党检者 均进行免疫组化S-P法检查，观察三组受检者肺组织 中Idl的表达情况。结果：非小细胞肺癌组中Idl的 表达率为95.12%,显著高于良性病变组的2.5%和健 康组的0 (P3cm、淋巴结转移不同时期的Idl蛋白阳 性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)o结论：Idl 与非小细胞肺癌发生、发展有着密切的关系，且其表 达水平与非小细胞肺癌癌细胞的分化程度呈负相关， 可作为诊断非小细胞肺癌的重要标志物。 关键词】非小细胞肺癌；DNA结合抑制因子 1;肿瘤的发生和发展；免疫组化S-P法 Function Analysis of DNA Binding Inhibitor 1 in the Occurrence and Development of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer/PENG Xu-xing.//Medical Innovation of China, 2016, 13 (17)： 041-043 Abstract】 Objective： To analyze the role of DNA binding inhibitor 1 (Idl ) in the occurrence and development of non small cell lung cancer.Method： From October 2013 September 2015， 41 cases of non small cell lung cancer in our hospital were selected as non small cell lung cancer group， the same period in our hospital of 40 patients with benign lung disease were selected as benign lesion group，and then the same period 42 cases of healthy subjects were selected in our hospital as healthy group.The three groups were examined by immunohistochemistry S-P method, and the expression of Idl in the three groups were observed.Result: The rate of expression of Idl in the small cell lung cancer group was 95.12%, significantly higher than that of the benign lesion group of 2.5% and the health group and 0 (P3 cm， lymph node transfer in different periods of Idl protein positive expression rate of the difference were not significant (P〉0.05) .Conclusion： Idl and non small cell lung cancer， the development of a close relationship, and the expression level and non small cell lung cancer cell differentiation were negative correlation, which can be used as a diagnosis of non small cell lung cancer marker.
