缺血性脑梗死超早期静脉溶栓治疗应用优势分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨缺血性脑梗死超早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗的应用优势。方法 方便抽取2011年4月―2015年2月该院收治的80例前循环缺血性脑梗死患者，均行尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗，随机分为对照组和观察组，观察组行超早期（3 h内）治疗，对照组行延迟（6 h内）治疗。结果 治疗前，对照组和观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分比较无明显差异（P0.05）；而治疗后，观察患者6 h、24 h、1周后的神经功能缺损评分分别为（25.55±8.77）分、（18.12±10.21）分、（11.75±10.57）分，均较对照组更低（P0.05）；且观察组患者的并发症发生率2.50%，较对照组的25.00%更具有优势，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 前循环缺血性脑梗死患者采用超早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗具有显著优势，值得推广及采纳。 　　[关键词] 缺血性脑梗死；超早期；尿激酶；静脉溶栓；优势 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）07（b）-0083-03 　　Analysis of the Advantages of the Application of Ultra Early Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy in Patients with Ischemic Cerebral Infarction 　　ZHAO Meng-de 　　Jinan Jiyang County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine brain， Jiyang， Shandong Province， 251400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the advantages of ultra early intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods Convenient selected from April 2011 to February 2015 in our hospital 80 cases of anterior circulation ischemic cerebral infarction patients underwent intravenous thrombolytic therapy with urokinase， were randomly divided to observation group and control group， the observation group received super early stage （within 3h） in the treatment and control group delay （within 6 hours） in the treatment of.
