缺血性脑血管病颈部血管超声检测临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探析对缺血性脑血管病患者采取颈部血管超声检测的临床价值。 方法 随机选取该院2014年1月―2016年5月期间接受颈部血管超声检测的80例缺血性脑血管病患者，作为观察组，同时选择80名健康体检者作为对照组，两组患者均给予颈部血管超声检查，比较分析颈动脉粥样硬化斑块、颈动脉狭窄、颈内动脉内中膜厚度增厚的情况。结果 观察组60例为颈动脉粥样硬化斑块，其发生率75.00%、45例为颈动脉狭窄，其发生率为56.25%、80例为颈内动脉内中膜厚度增厚，其发生率为100.00%与对照组15.00%、0.00%及12.50%比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于缺血性脑血管病患者采取颈部血管超声检测价值较高，可充分发挥其早期预警、早期诊断作用，明确斑块及内膜增厚的情况，同时做到早发现，早治疗，值得临床大力推广应用。 　　[关键词] 缺血性；脑血管病；颈部血管超声；临床价值 　　[中图分类号] R743 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）02（a）-0190-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasonic testing of ischemic cerebrovascular disease cervical vascular. Methods 80 cases of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease receiving the cervical vascular ultrasonic testing in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group， and 80 cases of healthy physical examination persons were randomly selected as the control group， both groups were given the cervical vascular ultrasonic testing， and the carotid atherosclerotic plaque， carotid artery stenosis and carotid artery intima-media thickness were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group， the carotid atherosclerotic plaque was in 60 cases， the incidence rate was 75.00%， and carotid artery stenosis was in 45 cases， and the incidence rate was 56.25%， and carotid artery intima-media thickness was in 80 cases， and the incidence rate was 100.00%， Compared with the oontrol group（15.00%，0.00%，12.50%）and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance by comparison（P0.05）. Conclusion The value of ultrasonic testing of ischemic cerebrovascular disease cervical vascular is higher， which can fully give play to the early alarm and early diagnosis， make sure the plaque and ？thickening of endometrium and do a good job in the early discovery and early treatment， which is worth great promotion and application in clinic. 　　[Key words] Ischemic； Cervical vascular disease； Carotid artery ultrasound； Clinical value 　　?S着生
