孕期体重管理对孕妇妊娠结局影响 　　【摘要】 目的：本次研究主要分析孕期体重管理对控制孕妇体重增长及妊娠结局的影响。方法：本次研究范围限定在笔者所在医院2016年1月-2017年1月收治的80例妊娠期产妇中，采用随机对照法将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组产妇采用孕期常规护理，观察组产妇采用常规护理联合孕期?w重管理。将两组产妇体重增加值、阴道分娩发生率、并发症发生率等作为对比依据。结果：（1）观察组产妇并发症发生率均低于对照组产妇（P0.05）；（2）观察组产妇阴道分娩发生率高于对照组产妇（P0.05）；（3）观察组产妇体重增加值低于对照组产妇（P0.05）。结论：在孕期对产妇实施体重管理，可有效控制孕妇体重，改善分娩质量，降低并发症发生率，可作临床护理首选。 　　【关键词】 孕期； 体重管理； 孕妇体重； 妊娠结局 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.8.055 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）08-0112-02 　　The Influence of Pregnancy Weight Management on Outcome of Newborn/LI Xiaohong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（8）：112-113 　　【Abstract】 Objective：this study mainly analyzed the influence of pregnancy weight management on the pregnancy weight and pregnancy outcome of newborn.Method：The study scope was 80 cases of pregnancy lying-in woman in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017，they were divided into the control group and the observation group by randomized controlled method，the control group using conventional care during pregnancy，the observation group of women with normal nursing combined pregnancy weight management.The weight added of the two groups，the incidence of vaginal birth and the incidence of complications were compared.Result：The incidence of maternal complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.The incidence of vaginal delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.The maternal weight gain was lower in the observation group than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：During pregnancy on maternal weight management，can effectively control the pregnancy weight，improve the quality of delivery，reduce the incidence of complications，can make choice for clinical nursing. 　　【Key words】 Pregnancy； Weight management； The pregnancy weight； Pregnancy outcome 　　First-author’s address：Jianli County Maternal and Child Health Hospital，Jianli 433300，China 　　母体营养状况是影响胎儿生长发育的重要因素，孕前体重指数与分娩结局有着紧密的联系[1]。产妇在孕期体重增长过度会提高胎儿窘迫、巨大儿、难产
