如何提高护理部主任查房在防控医院感染中作用 　　摘要：目的 探讨护理部主任查房在防控医院感染中的作用。方法 通过对被查科室医院感染管理规章制度落实、监测结果记录、消毒隔离、职业防护和手卫生、医疗废物管理等的监督检查。结果 督促了各科医院感染防控工作的落实，强化了全员参与医院感染防控的意识，规范了护理人员医院感染防控的行为，有效地控制了医院感染的发生。结论 提高了护理部主任查房在防控医院感染中的作用，护理人员是防控医院感染的主要力量。 　　关键词：医院感染；查房；护理部主任 　　How to Improve the Function of Nursing Department Director on the Preventions and Controls of the Nosocomial Infection by Inspecting the Ward 　　ZHOU Feng-xia， ZOU Rui-fang，XU Hui-lan，CHEN Li，LEI Xiao-ling 　　（Department of Nursing，Daye Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Daye 435100，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract：Objective Discussing the enhancement of nursing department directors function on the preventions and controls of the nosocomial infection by inspecting the ward. Methods By the way that supervising and inspecting the section offices bylaws， records of monitoring， disinfection and isolation， occupational protection， manual hygiene， the medical waste and so on. Results Through the efforts， we have supervised the accomplishment of nosocomial infection prevention and control in different section offices and strengthened the whole staffs recognition of the participation in the nosocomial infection prevention and control.The behaviors of nursing staffs in nosocomial infection prevention and control have been normalized. Then we has controlled the occurrence of nosocomial infection effectively. Conclusion The nursing staffs are the main strength in preventing and controlling the nosocomial infection， and we have enhanced the function of nursing department director on the preventions and controls of nosocomial infection through the above-mentioned ways. 　　Key words：Nosocomial infection； Inspecting the ward； Nursing department director 　　目前，卫生部对医院感染事件倍加重视。为此，我院护理部借鉴我国多例医院感染事件中的教训，认真思考在护理工作中如何预防与控制医院感染，提高护理部在医院感染管理[1]中的作用。在检查督促上寻找更合适的方法，利用1次/w的护理部主任查房，在宏观监控全院护理工作的同时，加强医院感染的防控。下面就护理部主任查房时在医院感染防控方面所检查内容及方法介绍如下。 　　1内容与方法 　　1.1检查科室防控医院感染的各项规章制度及落实情况 医院感染关键部位（治疗室、换药室等）消毒隔离制度，医疗废物管理制度，诊疗护理环境卫生制度，监测制度，标准预防措施，针刺伤处理流程，科室院感监控护士职责等，
