关于儿童睡眠中癫痫性电持续状态临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨儿童睡眠中癫痫性电持续状态（ESES）的临床、脑电图（EEG）、神经心理障碍的特征和治疗办法。 方法 方便选取2014年1月―2016年12月该院接受治疗的52例癫痫性电持续状态小儿患者为研究对象，对其采取V-EEG监测，随访监测其临床治疗效果。 结果 采取单一药物治疗的29例患儿中无效5例、有效24例；采取多种药物联合治疗的23例患者中无效4例、有效19例。治疗前，经脑电图检测发现13例背景慢波增多、39例背景正常；经过治疗后，再进行脑电图检测，发现3例背景慢波增多、49例背景正常，有8例表现为清醒期痫样放电。而且经过治疗后，52例患儿中脑电图无明显好转有5例、4例仍伴有ESES但放电指数有所减少、43例ESES完全消失。 结论 儿童睡眠中癫痫性电持续状态患儿的脑电图多伴有异常情况，对其采取相应的抗癫痫药物治疗，可以显著的改善其脑电图情况、有效的降低其癫痫发作频率。 　　[关键词] 睡眠中癫痫性电持续状态；脑电图；神经心理障碍 　　[中图分类号] R742 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）10（b）-0178-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical characteristics and the curative methods of epileptic electrical persistence ESES， EEG， neuropsychological disorders in children with sleep. Methods 52 cases of children with electrical status epilepticus from January 2014 to December 2016 in this hospital were convenient selected as the research objects， the V-EEG monitoring were implemented， the therapeutic effect of follow-up was monitored. Results In the 29 children with single drug therapy， 5 cases were ineffective and 24 cases were effective. Among the 23 children received multiple drugs， 4 cases were ineffective and 19 cases were effective. Before treatment， 13 cases of background waves were found by EEG examination， 39 cases were normal. After treatment， EEG was detected again. There were 3 cases of slow wave background， 49 cases were normal， 8 cases were awake epileptiform discharges. And after treatment， 5 cases of children with no significant improvement in EEG in 52 cases， 4 cases were still associated with ESES but the discharge index decreased， 43 cases of ESES completely disappeared. Conclusion The electroencephalogram （EEG） in children with epileptic electrical status during sleep is associated with abnormalities， and the corresponding antiepileptic drug therapy can significantly improve the EEG situation and reduce the frequency of seizure. 　　[Key words] Epileptic electrical persistence in sleep； Electroencephalogram； Neur
