General 1.1.Company reserves the right to order any coring and/or core processing services and will further instruct Contractor accordingly on particular necessity ofsuch services, which shall be ordered at Company’s sole discretion whenever it found essential (on-call services). 1.2. Detailed requirements on procedure, techniques, and organisational aspectsfor coring core processing services to be complied by Contractor are stipulated in Annex № 1 (Terms of Reference on Core Processing Services at Drilling Site) and Annex № 2 (Terms of Reference on Core Processing Services at Contractor Camp). Particular volume of core to be drilled, core processing specifications as well as particular scope of drilling from a certain Wells may be specified by relevant Work Order issued by Company. 1.3.Contractor shall perform coring services with focus on core quality through all phases of the service. This shall include being responsible for planning and execution, i.e. core drilling, and transportation of cores from the Drilling Site location to the designated core store with special emphasis on core handling to preserve core quality and core processing.2.
