PrognosisofSerumIL-10JointISSValueinSeverePatientswithMultipleTraumaMajor:emergencymedicinePostgraduate:XiongJianbinSupervisor:LiKun[Abstract]Objective:Asforpatientswithmultipletraumas,aftertheirbodieswereseriouslydamaged,cellulefactorssimilartobio-activesubstancesintheirbloodswouldbereleasedincludingpro-inflammatoryfactorsandanti-inflammatoryfactors.BloodserumIL-10isanimportantanti-inflammatoryfactorexistingintheinflammatoryresponsecausedbymultipletraumas.ThispaperhasstudiedhowbloodserumIL-10changesafterpatientswithmultipletraumasareinjured；andhasevaluatedtheprognosticclinicalsignificanceofmultipletraumascombinedwithISSscores.Methods:Performedaprospectivestudyofthebloodchangesof42patientswithmultipletraumasinemergencydepartmentofAffiliatedHospitalofGuiyangMedicalCollegefromMarch2013toNovember2014;Aged38-70years,weight48-78kg,Male21,Fmale9,collecttheirperipheralbloodsonadmission,1stdayafterinjuryand3rddayafterinjury;andexamtheconcentrationofbloodserumIL-10,andevaluatepatientswithISSscoresandobservetheirprognosis.Accordingtotreatmentresults,patientsaredividedintothesurvivalgroupanddeathgroup;inthemeanwhile,10patientswithmildtraumafromtheemergencydepartmentinthesameperiodareselectedtobethecontrolgroup,thenclinicaldataofsurvivalgroup,deathgroupandcontrolgrouparecompared.Softwarespss16.0isusedtoimplementthestatisticanalysis.Measurementdataarerepresentedbyx±s;andindependentsamplestestisusedinpairwisecomparison;P＜0.05indicatesthatthedifferencesareofstatisticalsignificance.Results:Theaveragesurvivaldaysofthe42patientswithmultipletraumasaremorethan3days,andtheyaredividedintosurvivalgroupanddeathgroup.Thegeneralcomparison(P＞0.05)whenthepatientswithmultipletraumasareadmittedintohospitalisofnostatisticalsignificance.TheconcentrationoftheirperipheralbloodIL-10increasesobviously.TheconcentrationsofIL-10inmultipletraumagroupadmissionwere139.32±19.73ng/l;andtheconcentrationsofIL-10incontrolgroupwere44.69±12.29ng/l,ThedifferenceofconcentrationofIIIserumIL-10betweenmultipletraumasgr
