间相互作用的方式抑制I/R过程中的自噬反应。关键词：醒脑静（XNJ），自噬，缺血再灌注（I/R），WB，MRIStudyoneffectivemechanismofXNJantagonistBcl-2/Beclin1interactionmediatedAutophagyofischemiaandreperfusionABSTRACTObjective：StudytherelationshipbetweentheXingnaojing(XNJ)andtheexpressionofBcl-2/Beclin1amongtheautophagyofischemiaandreperfusion.Methods:（1）Make120MACOmodelsthatare2scoresmodelsbyZealongastandard,weightbetween280～300g.Separatethesemodelsintotwopartsbyrandom-principle:MRIpartandWesternBlotpart.（2）MRIpartmodelsaredividedupinto3groups:blankcontrolgroup(3models)、modelcontrolgroup(7models)、XNJgroup(10models);WesternBlotpartmodelsaredividedupinto10groupsthathave10modelsineverygroup:modelcontrolgroup、solventgroup、XNJ0.5mlgroup、XNJ1.0mlgroup、XNJ1.5mlgroup、XNJ2.0mlgroup、3-METHYLADENINE(3-MA)group、3-MA+XNJgroup、Rapamycin（Rapa）group、RAPA+XNJgroup.（3）TheratsofthisexperimentareallSPFmale.Themodelsoftheblankcontrolgrouparethehealthyrats.ThemodelsofthemodelcontrolgroupareMOCAmodels,andwithoutanydrug.Themodelsofthesolventgrouparegiven3mlpurewater.IntheXNJgroups,themodelsareinjectedXNJbytheplan.Inthemix-group,themodelsareinjected2mlXNJ.Themodelsofthe3-MAand3-MA+XNJgroupsaregiven1mg3-MA.ThemodelsofRAPAandRAPA+XNJgroupsaregiven1mgRAPA（.4）IntheMRIpart,wedetecttheincreaseamountofthecerebralinfarctionvolume;IntheWBpart,detecttheexpressionchangeamountoftheBCL-2、Beclin1andLC3.Results:(1)MRIshows:inthethreegroups,thevolumeofthecerebralinfarctionisbiggerthanthe24hbefore(P0.05);(2)MRIshows:theincreaseamountofthecerebralinfarctionvolumeintheXNJgroupislessthanthemodelcontrolgroup(P0.05).(3)Comparewiththemodelcontrolgroup,theexpressionamountoftheBeclin1andLC3isless,theexpressionamountoftheBCL-2ishigher(P0.05).(4)TheexpressionamountofBcl-2inthehigh-dosagegroupishigherthanthelow-dosage;whiletheBeclin1andtheLC3islesser.(5)TherelationshipoftheBCL-2andBeclin1expressionamountisnegativecorrelations.(6)TheXNJcaninhibittheautophagyleadingbytheRAPA,andcanenhance3-MAontheinhibitionofautophagy.Conclusions:(1)TheXNJcaninhibittheautophagyinthep
