摘要会展经济是伴随市场经济发展而产生的经济形式，不仅具有巨大的经济拉动效应和产业关联效应，而且能够产生强大的社会文化带动效应，因此受到了世界各国和地区的广泛重视。会展业正以其强大功能发挥着不可替代的作用，迅速成长为第三产业中一个举足轻重的行业。目前，山西省会展业已取得了一定的成绩，但与国内外会展经济发达的地区相比还有较大的差距。山西省会展业还处于起步阶段，可谓任重而道远。为了今后的健康发展还需加以科学指导，使会展业在发展壮大的同时，通过其产业带动作用，推动其他相关产业的发展，优化产业结构。因此，对于山西省会展经济的研究具有重要的现实意义。本论文共分八部分。第一部分是引言，介绍研究背景及意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路和方法以及特色和创新之处。第二部分对会展业相关理论进行介绍，包括相关概念的界定及产业关联理论的探讨。第三部分、第四部分通过定性研究和定量分析阐述了发展会展业对山西的意义，以此说明山西省应该大力发展会展业。第五部分主要介绍了山西省会展业在发展过程中存在的问题。第六部分对比分析了国内外典型的会展业发展模式，为山西省会展业发展提供经验借鉴，但由于不同地区和国家的会展业起步时间先后有别以及经济实力、区域特点、产业基础、资源优势等各具特色，其具体运作模式及管理模式各不相同、独具特色，山西发展会展业可借鉴国内外发展的经验，但绝不可照搬照抄。第七部分，在分析山西发展会展业有利条件的基础上，提出符合山西实际的发展会展业的对策建议。第八部分是论文的结论，包括本论文在研究中的不足与后续研究的方向。【关键词】会展经济山西省效应分析发展模式AbstractConventionandexhibitioneconomy,astheeconomicformthatproduceswiththedevelopmentofmarketeconomy,conventionandexhibitioneconomynotonlyproducesthehugeeconomiceffectandtheindustrialconnectioneffect,buthasthepowerfuldriving-effecttosocialculture.Nowadayscountriesallovertheworldattachmoreandmoreimportancetotheconventionandexhibitionindustry.Theconventionandexhibitionindustryisbecominganimportantpartinthethirdindustrywithitsunequalledandirreplaceablefunction.Atpresent,Shanxi’sconventionandexhibitionindustryhasmadecertainachievements,yetthereisstillawidegapwithotherdevelopedcitiesofthisindustryathomeandabroad.Shanxi’sconventionandexhibitionindustryisstillinthepreliminarystage,withalongwayahead.Inordertomaketheconventionandexhibitionindustrygrowhealthy,weshouldprovidescientificguidance.So,thestudyfortheconventionandexhibitioneconomicofShanxiisusefulandpractical.Thepaperaltogetherdivideseightparts.Thefirstpartintroducestheresearchbackground,significance,researchresultsathomeandabroad,researchideasmethods,originality.Thesecondpartthrowslightontheconceptofconventionandexhibitioneconomy,connectionofindustries,theoriesonhowtodevelopconventionandexhibitioneconomy.ThethirdpartandthefourthpartanalyzesthesignificanceandadvantagesofdevelopingconventionandexhibitionindustryinShanxi,throughqualitativeanalysisandquantit
