摘要随着城市的快速化发展，城市之间的竞争也日趋激烈。为使城市更好的适应社会的发 展，同时提高城市的竞争力，各个城市都通过不同的方式来提高城市的综合实力，加速推 进城市现代化的建设速度。体育赛事的举办做为一种促进城市发展的有效途径，受到越来 越多城市建设者的青睐，希望借助体育赛事的巨大影响力推动城市的发展进程。山东省是体育强省，其竞技体育水平处于中国的前列，山东省运动会作为省内规模最 大的体育赛事，受到社会的普遍关注。济宁市是山东省西南地区的中心城市，济宁市的发 展对周围地区具有极大的辐射、带动作用。山东省第二十三届运动会也将会对济宁市城市 的发展产生各种影响。本研究主要运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法， 从社会效益和经济效益两个方面对山东省第二十三届运动会对济宁市城市发展的影响进 行了分析，对影响济宁市城市发展中存在的问题进行了探讨，并提出了相应的策略，以期 使济宁市借助省运会的举办获得更好的发展。研究结果表明：1、山东省第二十三届运动会的举办对济宁市城市基础设施建设、体育设施建设、环 境保护等响较为明显，有效的改善了城市居民的生活环境，在提升城市形象的同时，对济 宁市的本地文化也进行了推广和发展，加强了与其他城市的交流合作，促进了和谐城市关 系的形成。2、济宁市的经济增长速度逐渐由省运会准备期间的快速增长转变为赛后增长过缓， 需求量的降低是导致经济增长速度变慢的主要因素。但从长远角度来看，省运会对济宁市 经济效益的影响具有积极意义，特别是对服务行业和旅游业的经济效益。3、山东省第二十三届运动会的举办加速了济宁市体育产业及相关产业的发展速度， 促进了群众体育的开展，居民健身意识有了明显提高。4、体育赛事对济宁市城市发展的策略包括加强竞技体育后备人才培养建设；优化体 育产业结构，合理利用已建场馆；合理规划城市发展布局，扩大体育事业的发展的范围； 学习外地优秀办赛经验，提高城市竞争力。关键词：山东省第二十三届运动会；济宁市；城市发展；社会效益；经济效 益AbstractWith the rapid development of the city, the competition between the cities is becoming increasingly fierce.
