AbstractBeingabranchofmasssports,basketballgainshighpopularityamongpeople.Ithasseveralcharacteristics:variouscontent,differentformats,enjoyabletowatchandhighlyentertaining.Byimprovingpeople’shealthandfulfillingtheirprivatelife,itcontributestopeople’scomprehensivedevelopment.ThebasketballleagueinShaHecityhasbeenheldfor3years,with10monthsforeachseason.Ithasitsownofficialwebsite,andthenumberofpeoplewhowatchthegamethroughdifferentchannelshasreached800,000.Theappearanceofthebasketballleagueshasarousedpeople’spassion,whichishighlycrucialtothescalingoutandpromotionofbasketball.TheauthorwilluseLiteratureReview,LocalResearch,Questionnaire,InterviewandLogicalAnalysistoconducttheresearchandanalysisofthecurrentsituationofthebasketballleagueinShaHecity.Theauthorwillfirstanalyzetheachievement,thenpointouttheshortcomings,finallycomeupwithseveralsuggestionsandhelpimprovingthedevelopmentoftheleague.Meanwhilethisthesiscanbehelpfulandinsightfultothebasketballleaguesinothercitiesandprovinces.Herearesomeconclusions:TheatmosphereoftheShaHeBasketballLeagueisverygood.Theaudiences,includingthebasketballlovers,areverysatisfiedaboutthesituationoftheleague.TheorganizationofShaHeBasketballLeagueistoosimplified,whichcannotfullyfulfillthebasketballlovers’requirementtoparticipateintotheleague.TheinvestmentofthesponsorsofShaHeBasketballLeaguecannoteffectivelytriggeraudiences’desiretopurchasetheirproducts,whichmakesthesponsorsunprofitableintheshortterm.Thiscanbeapotentialsabotagetotheresourceofthefunding.SofartherefereesareprofessionalenoughtomeettherequirementoftheShaHeBasketballLeague.Butwiththefocusofthecurrentsystemstructureandfuturedevelopment,ShaHeBasketballLeaguewillbeinshortofprofessionalreferees.Thereare16coachesinShaHeBasketballLeague;morethanhalfofthemarenotqualifiedtothecetificateofNationalCoach.Theydon’thavetheabilityofcoaching,thescientificinstructiontothebasketballplayers’training,andthestrategytoleadtheteamduringthematch.Focusingontheseaspects,herearesomesuggestions:TheShaHegovernmen
