AbstractIn21stcentury,thepopulationagingsweepstous,theagingproblemisbecomingincreasinglyprominent.Comparedwithdevelopedcountries,Chinesepopulationaginghasitsownfeatures,suchasagingfast,theelderlypopulationinabsolutequantity,unbalancedregionaldevelopment,oldbeforegettingrichandthesignificanttrendofaging.Thepopulationagingwillprofoundaffectallfieldsofsocialeconomyofourcountry,thecommercialbanks,asthecorepartofeconomicandfinancial,itwillbeinfluencehugely.Basedonthepopulationagingandcommercialbankmanagementtheoryandthethreemajorbusinessofthecommercialbanks,thispaperanalyzetheinfluenceofChinesepopulationagingonthecommercialbanksmanagement,theresultsofthestudyasfollows:agingwillchangethepopulationstructure,makethesocialdependencyratiorises,therebychangethestructureofconsumptiondemand,causeresidentssavingsratedeclines,itisundoubtedlyagreatchallengetothedevelopmentofcommercialbanks,commercialbankswillfacefundingproblems,owingontheloandefaultraterose,theoriginalloanbusinessishardtodevelop,strengthenthebankingrisks.However,ontheotherhand,thepopulationagingbringsagoodopportunitytotheintermediatebusinessofcommercialbanks,Becauseagingsocietywillenhancethefinancialneedsofelderlypopulationgreatly,thewholesocietywillalsopaymoreattentiontothepersonalwealthservices.ItalsoprovidesagoodopportunityforChinesecommercialbanks’Businesstochangephilosophy,whichfromthetraditionalassetsandliabilitiesdominatedwhiletheintermediatebusinessasasupplementbusinesstopursuetheexpansionofnon-interestincomeandintermediatebusiness,sothatcouldkeepthepacewithinternationalcommercialbanks.Finally,basedontheresultsofstudy,thispaperputsforwardsomesuggestionsforcommercialbankstodealwiththepopulationaging,thecommercialbanksshouldmakebusinesstransformationandcustomertransformation,addtheelderlyservicesandpaymoreattentiontotheriskmanagement.KeyWords:populationaging;management;personalwealthmanagement目录摘要..................................................................................................................
