三维健康观视域下济南市高中体育教学优化分析-optimization analysis of high school physical education in jinan from the perspective of three-dimensional health concept

摘要长期以来，我国高中体育与健康课程的教学研究存在着思想观念落后；对学生缺乏体育情感培养；健康知识内容教学的匮乏；体育教学评价机制不科学；教学模式与教学方法、内容单一等问题。在三维健康观的视域下，以高中体育与健康课新课标为基础，对高中体育与健康课进行优化研究，是将理论研究与实际教学操作相结合，提升高中体育与健康课程质量的关键所在。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法、专家访谈法等研究方法，深入分析目前高中体育与健康课的教学现状，总结目前高中体育与健康课存在的问题，在三维健康观的视域下，以高中体育与健康课新课标为基础，对调研结果进行分析研究，得出了如下结论：（1）济南市高中学生最喜欢的运动项目集中于篮球、足球、羽毛球等传统项目，男女生最喜欢的体育项目各不相同，高一至高三学生喜欢的项目也有所变化。（2）高一至高三学生对体育课态度和积极性，随着年龄的增长有下降的趋势，影响体育课程兴趣的因素中，学习兴趣是影响学习积极性的最主要原因。（3）教师对课程存在认识问题，在整个教学过程中教师占绝对主体地位，学生只是被动的接受。（4）健康知识内容教学的匮乏，一是课时安排不足，二是教学方法存在问题。（5）忽视对学生情感的培养，限于教学方法和手段的落后，这一方面还存在严重不足。（6）体育教学评价机制不科学，评价手段与教学目的不一致，评价内容不完善；体育学习评价方法单一，评价方法缺乏科学性等。（7）教学模式与教学方法、内容单一。（8）贯彻实施三维健康观是优化高中体育与健康教学关键所在。在上述结论的基础上，本文还提出了如下建议：教学思路应以学生为中心；转变教育观念；优化教材内容；改变传统教学模式和方法；建立合理的评价体系；建立和谐的师生关系等。关键词:三维健康观；高中体育与健康；新课标；体育教学；优化研究ABSTRACTFor a long time, our high school physical education and health curriculum, teaching and research there ideas behind; lack of physical emotion cultivate students; health knowledge of the contents of the lack of teaching; sports teaching evaluation mechanism unscientific; teaching mode and teaching methods, the contents of a single problem. In the sight of the three-dimensional view of health, physical education and health classes new curriculum based optimization study of high school physical education and health classes, is a combination of theoretical research and practical teaching operation, the key to enhance the quality of high school physical education and health curriculum lies.In this paper, the literature data, questionnaire, observation, expert interviews and research, in-depth analysis of the current status quo of teaching high school physical education and health classes, summed up the problems of the high school physical education and health classes, in the sight of the three-dimensional view of health next to the new curriculum of physical education and health classes based on the analysis of the survey results, and reached the following conclusions:(1) high school students in Jinan City
