AbstractFinancingleaseasoneofthemostrapidlyinthenewservicedevelopmentintodaysworld,isthesecondlargestfinancingwayfollowingthebankcredit,iscalledafacilitatoroftheneweconomy,creatingacreditofassetswhichisanewfinancialconcepthasprecedent,trade,services,financialthree-in-onenewfinancialfunction.Aftermanyyearsofpracticalexperiencehasshownthattheroleoffinancialleasingindustryinthecontemporaryeconomyisbecomingmorepowerfulandhasabroaddevelopmentspaceandstrongvitality,constantlychangingmarketflexibleandcomfortable,seizetheopportunitytoacceleratethedevelopmentoffinancialleasingindustrypaceimminent.Withthefurtherimprovementandcontinuousdevelopmentoffinancialleasingcompaniestofinancialleasefurtherknowledgeandunderstandingoftheaccountingsystemandthetaxsystem,Thefinancialleasinginourcountrysmallandmedium-sizedenterprisegraduallyproducedgreatinfluence.Theresearchofthispaper,thebasicconceptsoffinanceleasefromthestart,theoryandpractice,in-depthanalysisofthedevelopmentofChinasfinancialleasingindustryseveralmajorissuesfacingtheprocess,andfromfinanceleasingcompanies,throughtheinfluenceofcorporatecostofcapital,assetmanagement,andaccountingstatementstoillustrateaspectsofcorporatefinanceleasestoacquirefixedassetsadvantage.Finally,throughtheconstructionoftheevaluationsystemoftheprojectfinanciallease,leasefinancingforsmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseprojectspecificassessmentandbenefitoftheprojectforthedevelopmentofenterprisesbrought.Thispaperattemptstocombinethecharacteristicsoffinancialleasingbusiness,Inthetrendofeconomicdevelopmentathome,inthefoundationtothedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,tobreakthemindset,totryinnovativebreakthroughstofinancialleases,Financingleasehasirreplaceableadvantagesareprovedinthefinancingofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinChina,providenewideasandtheoreticalguidancefortheenterprisemanagement.Keywords：financiallease,thesmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,situationanalysis,projectevaluation目录第一章导论.............................................11.1选题的背景与意义.......
