ABSTRACTInthewaveofmediaconvergence,allaspectsofthetraditionalpublishingenterprisesvaluechainwereinfluencedtovaryingdegrees.Itwasdifficultforasinglelinearvaluechainmodeltomeetthedemandofreadersforthenumberofaccesstoinformation,breadth,speedandpersonalizedservices.Thepolicyoftransformationintoenterprisesmadethepressdeeperblendinwithawiderrangeoffiercemarketcompetition.Facingthenewtechnologybackground,theneedsofreadersneedandpolicycondition,publishingenterprisesneedtoformanewvaluechainvalue-addedmodel.Notonlydidfederatedmediapublishingproposeupdaterequeststothetraditionalpublishingvaluechainfromtheupstream,internalandthedownstreamthreeaspects,butitalsoprovidedthenewdevelopmentconceptsandpracticalapproachesfortheoptimizationandvalue-addedofpublishingenterprisevaluechain.Combiningtheclassicvaluechaintheorywiththemoderntheoryofvaluechain,threepartsofpublishingenterprisevalueactivitiesweredrawn:theupstreamvalueactivities,theinternalvalueactivitiesandthedownstreamvalueactivities.Usinganalysisofthevaluechain,thenewchangesofthevaluechainwereanalyzedfromthethreeaspectsofanalysisofdigitalthetimespublishing.Byexploringtheadaptabilityofvalue-addedofthemediavaluechain,theprincipleofpublicationssuitableforthedevelopmentoffederatedmediawasobtained.Thevalue-addedofthetraditionalpublishingenterprisesvaluechaincausedbyfederatedmediapublishingwasexploredfromthethreeparts.Andtheoptimizationdesignofthetraditionalpublishingenterprisesvaluechainwasproposedfromfederatedmediaperspective.TakingthehistoricalnovelQinEmpirepublishedbyHenanliteratureandartpressasanexample,thefederatedmediavalue-addedofthatpublicationwasanalyzedfromthreeparts.Bytheoptimizationdesignofpublishingenterprisevaluechainfromtheperspectiveoffederatedmedia,copyrightresourcesweredevelopedfrommultipledimensions,thesubsidiarycopyrightbenefitincreased,thepublishingenterpriseeconomiesofscopewereexpanded,andtherebythecompetitivenessofenterpriseswasenhanced.Keywords:publishingenterprisevaluechainfederatedmediapublishingadaptabili
